Just received a bad news from a friend of mine.
Greatest condolences to my friend and his family.
The word “espresso” comes from the Italian “esprimere”, which means “to express”. This refers to the process by which hot water is forced under pressure through ground coffee. So much for the explanation for espresso if you don’t know.
I was invited to join the morning espresso-drinker-gang for consecutively two days. Will tomorrow be the 3rd day? Who knows….we’re running out of the capsules…

That’s how I describe my last week of June 2008. I have been working loitering at my main office. I finish my jobs on time because I’m efficient too afraid to even wonder what if the jobs overlapped each other till I have no time to sleep. Since I am too free, my manager(s) are trying to allocate some jobs for me……….that’s why I must acquire the skill on how to ACT LIKE YOU ARE VERY BUSY in the office. Anyway, it’s too late for that….
Something bad has happened to me this month and I never thought I would involved in such incident…a safe driver like me doesn’t deserve this!!!
What I did to deserved this…man!!??
A black VIOS appear at my right angle and by no means I can maneuver my car to safety in time. It was obvious that I obeyed the traffic rules but this lady driver looks like she’s rushing for her major facial treatment, ignore the traffic red light and knock my bumper off early in the morning. After awhile, I was expecting her to ask me if I’m hurt or something but instead she told me, “Errr….you claim from my insurance la~“. Speechless….
Well, like the old saying, 大难不死，必有后福! Week after the accident, my manager asked if I could communicate in mandarin and he wants to send someone to China to audit. Realizing that I’m just a two-month-old employee with little experience, I’m afraid of what if I couldn’t handle the job. Nevertheless, I am willing to take the challenge and enhance my mandarin tongue-twisting speaking skills while waiting for my boss’s green light because it is still in the midst of negotiation with client over there.

Yeah, I know. I haven’t been updating my blog lately due to lack of time. The most common reason that people would use are always “no time-lah“, “not free-lah“, “tired-leh“,etc. As for me, I couldn’t find anything interesting to blog. My lifestyle is boring so I guess you wouldn’t want to know more about it.
Have been working for 1 month and 12 days. So far, I found the job quite O-Kei and haven’t really got into any trouble with the clients (not that I wished for one). Colleagues are friendly & helpful and like to make ppl drunk.
Today when I was trying to refill my water bottle at the client’s place…..
I’m just hoping that no one will ever think of this prank except me or else the entire workforce will be on MC the next day.

ShanXi FC part-time centre-back Ivan Boh is “mentally shattered” according to a report in The SANN, and might not feature for the Tofu again next week league’s game.
The Sri Petaling lembik-yet-kasar centre-back has delivered a string of poor performances of late and was largely to blame for his own goal in ShanXi league game defeat against Rojak FC although he perform adequately average in the match against Force FC.
The press claim he broke down after that game, feeling responsible for the team’s only loss at the 4th week of Kuchai Lama league, and was reluctant to go for his CCNA training at Midvalley Boulevard.
“Ivan seems to have gone mentally at the moment,” a former SRG staff insider reportedly told the press.
“He is in a bit of a mess. He knows he did not play well that night and feels responsible for the own goal.
“He is struggling to get his mind right again and will most likely miss the team training on Friday and Saturday.”
